May we never let things we can't have or don't have or shouldn't have, spoil our enjoyment of the things we do have and can have. For one of the greatest lessons in life is learning to be HAPPY without the things we can't or shouldn't have...

RIP MH370

Bismillahirraanirrahim...

A sad day indeed. After 17 days without conclusion but mystery of what happened to the flight MH370, last night our PM announce that the flight MH370 ended its journey in the middle of Indian Ocean, 2500km west of Perth, Australia.

The conclusion was made after calculation of the Inmarsat satellite data showed that MH370 flew to the southern coridor and the last data received was at that location where the part of the sea was the most dangerous. We were hoping for some kind of miracles to happen but Allah's will is above all.

Innalillahi wainna ilaihiraajiu'n....

This is devastating and very heartbreaking. No words can describe the sadness felt even though I have no one onboard that I knew. Can't imagine how the family of the passengers and crews cope with this situation. For our muslim people I know they can accept this as Qada' and Qadar but for the non-muslims, there is not such things for them and it would be hard to please them especially when the wreckage or the remains of anyone onboard haven't been found till now. And to make things more difficult of the SAR mission, was the  deadliest ocean on the planet. It will take more times to recover the wreckage and then uncover the MH370 mystery.

Malaysia has been tested by this tragedy beyond our capabilities and technologies but I would like to pay my utmost respect to three important persons that had played their parts without fail. Although they were condemned and bullied by the international media for doing their jobs, it was them who brave a throng of media to shed some lights just to comfort all the waiting families of the people onboard MH370. They are DS Hishamuddin Hussein, Acting Transport Minister, Ahmad Jauhari Yahya, MAS CEO and Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman, Chief Director of DCA. Though they may lack in certain area of their expertise, we must realize that they are doing the best they could. As for now, speculation after speculation can't change today's history.

Though the mystery will remain for an unpredictable period of times, we could only pray to Allah to ease the SAR mission to recover the body of flight MH370 where ever it went. MH370, all this time we were praying that you would fly home safe but you flew "home" indeed.
