Makan-makan at Paksu Restaurant

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim....

Previous entry I did some story telling about Paksu Restaurant in Beserah, Kuantan. Happened to be in Beserah for a meeting regarding one of company's project in Setiu, Terengganu. After the meeting the shrimp hatchery owner where the meeting was held treated us lunch in Paksu Retaurant. Mula-mula masuk tu rasa cuak jugakla sebab chinese restaurant tapi since klien yang Melayu pun dah biasa makan situ and memang restoran ni hanya serve seafood je, so takdela rasa was-was. And dekat website dia pun ada cakap halal.

The location pun just nice, mengadap Laut China Selatan. Menu hari tu agak banyak. Ikan kerapu masak stim, kangkung goreng belacan, baby kailan masak apa tak tau...haha, sori. Hmmmm...apa lagi ye. Ohhh, ayam goreng tepung with sweet sour sauce, sotong goreng tepung and my most favaourite, seafood and mushroom in pumpkin with pumpkin fritters. As I told you before, ni first time makan pumpkin fritters. Sedap sangat. Biasa kalau makan labu, masak lemak je. The truth is, nama menu tu sendiri reka sebab tak tau apa nama betulnya...hahaha. Dahla satu gambar pun tak sempat snap sebab segan depan klien punya pasal.

Restoran ni jugak sebenarnya menghidangkan exotic seafood menu. Dan semestinya fresh. Exotic seafood ni semuanya dah tentula imported. Ada French crab, siput belalai a.k.a geoduck, Boston lobster, Australia lobster and fresh Canada Oyster antaranya. Servis ok je walaupun ada baca review dekat Foursquare kata servis teruk and macam-macam la yang negatif. Mungkin sebab yang bagi review tu pergi tak kena masa kot. Time lunch memang tak ramai orang lebih lagi weekdays. Memang masa tu customer kita orang je. Makan pulak sambil mengadap laut kan, lagi la heaven rasanya. 

Tapi, nak warning jugak. Compare dengan Tg. Lumpur, makan kat sini agak mahal la. Kena sediakan sekurang-kurangnya dalam RM200++ kalau setakat order seafood biasa-biasa. Kalau order exotic seafood maknanya kenala sediakan lebih lagi dalam poket. Rasa tak nak bayar cash, credit card pun boleh, takde masalah asalkan tak decline:)

  1. Status halal Majlis Ugama dan Adat Resam Negeri Pahang yg iktiraf atau restoran ni sendiri yg iktiraf?

  2. Dia tak iktiraf restoran dia halal cuma pork free je.

  3. Kala gitu maknenya kita tidak harus makan kat restoran ni . Walaupun dye pork free .
