U are what u eat

Lately, rasa macam banyak health issues pulak. Last post was about backpain, sekarang pun masih jugak sakit, takde perubahan pon. Tadi lunch dengan opismate dekat Secret Recipe, order spaghetti carbonara dengan ice lemon tea. Sumbat punye sumbat sebab lapar, tiba-tiba dapat sakit perut memulas macam banyak sangat gas dalam perut ni. Sib baikgas tu tau klua ikut atas bukan ikut bawah...hehe. Kalau tak pengsan orang-orang dalam opis ni kena bom!!

Bila umo dah meningkat ni senang je nak dapat penyakit kalau tak jaga kesihatan. Dulu takde gastrik, sekarang kalau salah makan makanan yang menyumbang kepada angin mulala kena gastrik. Kena gastrik bukan sebab tak makan macam yang selalu kita dengar tu  tapi disebabkan makan...pulak dah!! Bila google, dapat la a few facts tentang penyebab angin dalam badan ( bukan hangin satu badan tau...hehe!!) Antaranya:-

1.poorly absorbed carbohydrates
   Terjadi bila kita makan makanan berkarbohidrat seperti nasi tetapi ianya tidak dapat diserap dengan baik oleh badan kita semasa proses penghadaman menyebabkan bakteria dalam kolon menghasilkan gas hidrogen dan CO2
  
"Chew food carefully. Carbohydrate digestion begins in mouth. any work your teeth don't do, your stomach will have to do later

2. makan makanan yang menyumbang kepada penghasilan gas seperti berikut :-

"Certain foods are inherently gas-producing. Gas-producing foods include beans, cabbage, onions, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, fluffy wheat products such as bread, apples, peaches, pears, prunes, corn, oats, potatoes, milk, ice cream, and soft cheese.
Foods that produce minimal gas include rice, bananas, citrus, grapes, hard cheese, meat, eggs, peanut butter, non-carbonated beverages, and yogurt made with live bacteria"

3. kebimbangan terhadap sesuatu atau anxiety

"Some people habitually swallow air, called aerophagia. They're usually unaware they do this, and the cause is often anxiety-related."

4. makan makanan yang tinggi kandungan lemak (hi-fat) kerana makanan sebegini akan menghasilkan 
    banyak CO2 semasa proses penghadaman


"Eating a high-fat meal can generate a large amount of carbon dioxide, some of which is released as gas. That's because carbon dioxide is produced in the small intestine when bicarbonate is released to neutralize stomach acid and fat during meals"

Lepas dinner tadi pegi klinik sebab tak tahan sangat dah sakit ni, susah plak kalau jadi makin teruk. My other half pun takde, outstation ke Shenzhen (tak sabar nak jemput dia esok dan tengok apa souvenir yang dapat...hehehe---*gelak jahat*) Memang doc pun sahkan kena gastrik. This time kira ok jugak la tahap kesakitan dia (siap boleh siapkan entry ni lagi), biasa apa pun tak boleh buat :(

Tapi, cannot figure out makanan apekah yang dimakan sebelum ni yang jadi punca gastrik ni. Anyway, before signing out nak bagi pesanan penaja sket,

"watch what u eat because u are what u eat"
