Diet...diet ...diet!!

Oh yeaaaa!! Tetiba plak rasa macam nekad nak diet nasik kali nih selepas one night tu rasa macam menyesal pulak makan nasik for dinner sebab time tu rasa macam kenyangnyaaaa. Camne perut nak proses makanan berat tu lagi la pulak dah pukul 9.30pm dah. Kul 11 gerenti dh zzzzzzzzzzzz. Macam mane la tak gemuk kalau hari2 macam ni....haisyyy :(

So hari ni adalah hari ke-3 tak makan nasi langsung not even sesuap pon. Dah nekad dah ni tak nak makan heavy food at least seminggu. Kalau kena makan jugak, nak kena kurangkan kuantiti. Yang susah nye sekarang nak makan healthy food, u know la kan malay food macam mana....berminyak berlemak. Susah nak masak healthy food disebabkan kita masak bukan untuk diri sendiri je. Asben lak body maintain sebab dia sportsman...lagi tension..uwaaaa!! Kalau makan kat kedai we can choose our own meals tapi takkan hari2 nak makan kat kedai kot. Cane nak tambat hati suami kalau macam ni..hehe.

Kesimpulannya, I believe that to get the ideal body weight, bukan setakat kena kawal kuantiti makanan yang kita ambik je. Exercise + healthy diet + masa pengambilan makanan pun essential untuk kesan yang lebih bagus dan cepat. Bukan setakat menahan diri dari makan semata-mata.
